NAPFA TEST!!  Wednesday, April 22, 2009 7:01 PM errmmm...i just got my new HP!! hahaha...cool!! so now i got 2 HP!! hahaha... ermmm...today is our napfa test!! fun but a bit tiring sey!! here my marks.. standing broad jump - 170! sit and reach - 37 inverted pull ups - 36 sit ups - 32 shuttle run - 11.6 VERY VERY BAD MARKS!! next week will be our 1.6 run!! good luck to all... ohh yah..today and yesterday we have band... ermm..alot of things happened.. some of them are confidential... hahahah!! some ermm i already forget!! LOL!!! ahh..wat else arghh.. ermmm i guess dats it!! hahaha...
